Although it is not proven to damage the teeth always read the instructions if you are using a home kit and check the ingredients. Always buy from a reputable source. . After a tooth gem has been removed it may leave adhesive or discolouration where the gem has been stuck.
Are tooth Crystal Safe?
Tooth crystals just sit on top of the enamel so if applied properly they are completely safe. The only side effect you should experience is on removal.
After removing the crystal there may be some left over adhesive on your teeth, this should come off eventually if it has not come off after around two weeks go see a professional dentist to ask for a solution.
